Any of land regulated by the terms of this chapter submit to the a notice from the NCDENR, Land Quality Section, verifying that a soil erosion and sedimentation control plan has been received or a notice from a professional land surveyor, engineer, landscape architect, architect, or professional planner certifying that no plan is required.
The plans are required anytime 1 acre or more of land is disturbed.
