§ 153.008 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER PROVISIONS.
   All proposed of land, including all those defined in § 153.045, comply, where applicable, with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of The Town of Mills River, the Natural Resources Ordinance of the Town of Mills River, the Property Address Ordinance for Henderson County and any other officially adopted plans, maps or ordinances approved by any governmental body or agency having proper jurisdiction.
