§ 90.050 TENNIS COURT RULES.
   Priority of the courts is for recreational play for the general public.
   (A)   Tennis court play requires that all players wear appropriate attire. Shirts must be worn at all times.
   (B)   Rubber soled athletic shoes only be worn on the courts (no shoes).
   (C)   Gates be closed at all times except when are entering or exiting the courts.
   (D)   Tennis court is for tennis and pickleball only. Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, and pets are not permitted on the courts. No sport playing of any kind other than tennis and pickleball is permitted.
   (E)   No mechanical devices (i.e. pitching machines) are allowed.
   (F)   No glass containers, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or amplified sound are permitted in the tennis court area.
   (G)   Trash receptacles must be used to keep courts clean from trash and other debris.
   (H)   Sitting or leaning on the nets is damaging to the nets and net straps and is strictly prohibited.
   (I)   Play must be limited to one hour if others are waiting.
   (J)   It is recommended that children under 12 are supervised by a parent or adult.
   (K)   Surface is slippery when wet!
   (L)   The ethics of tennis and sportsmanship prevail at tennis facilities.
   (M)   Report vandalism, or court damages to Town Hall (Monday through Friday/9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.): 890-2901. After hours contact Henderson County Sheriff Department at 697-4911 to report vandalism of courts and park facilities. Mills River Park address is 124 Town Center Drive.
   (N)   Park hours: dawn to dusk.
