(A) Musical devices that produce a sound that carries more than 50 feet or is loud enough to disturb other patrons using any park are prohibited. Cars are not to be used as outdoor stereo systems. The judgment of the level of disturbance is up to the Town Manager or designated official. Special events approved by the Town Manager or designated official are not subject to this rule.
(B) The Henderson County Noise Ordinance (Chapter 125A of the Henderson County Code) is enforced within town .
