§ 90.021 USE OF PARKS AT NIGHT.
   (A)   It be unlawful to use or be inside any park between the hours of dusk and dawn unless otherwise posted.
   (B)   Exceptions are limited to Parks and Recreation Department authorized after-hours events. Individuals using or being inside any park facility during the hours the park is closed will be subject to the appropriate penalties.
