Access to Mills River from is restricted to designated areas. Only non-motorized watercraft be allowed to put in or be taken out at the canoe/kayak launch. It be unlawful to fish or swim in any waters other than areas designated by the Town Manager or designated official. North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission Fishing Rules and Regulations apply.
