It be unlawful for any to place or erect any structure, sign, bulletin board, post pole, or advertising device of any kind whatsoever in any park, or to attach any notice, bill, poster, sign, wire, rod, or cord to any tree, shrub, fence, railing, post, or structure within any park, except by such as are authorized by the Town Manager or designated official.
