Cyclists observe all North Carolina statutes controlling or regulating the operation of bicycles, including, but not limited to the North Carolina Helmet Law, see G.S. § 20-171.6-14. All cyclists are encouraged to wear helmets and appropriate safety gear in the Town of Mills River Park. Bicycles be allowed only on designated areas and trails, and on public roadways.
