The provisions of this chapter apply to all areas within the corporate boundaries of the Town of Mills River to the extent provided by the Town of Mills River Zoning Ordinance (see Chapter 154 of the Town of Mills River , as amended or replaced). In the event of a conflict between this chapter and the Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Mills River, the terms and provisions of the Zoning Ordinance prevail.
