§ 130.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   A person who violates a provision of §§ 130.01 to 130.04 is in violation of a separate offense for each day or part of a day, during which a violation is committed, continued, or permitted. Each offense is punishable by fine, plus court costs.

      (2)   The fines shall be punishable by the following schedule:

         (a)   First offense: $50, plus court costs;

         (b)   Second offense: $100, plus court costs; and

         (c)   Third offense and each offense thereafter: $200, plus court costs.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of § 130.15 shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not to exceed $1,000.
