377.99 PENALTY.

(a) A violation of Section 377.01(a) (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), and (7) shall be punishable by up to one hundred eighty (180) days in jail and/or a one thousand dollar ($1000) fine.

(b) A violation of Section 377.01(a) (8), (9), (10), and (11) shall be punishable by up to thirty (30) days in jail and/or a two hundred fifty ($250.00) fine.

(c) A violation of Section 377.01(a) (12), (13), (14), and (15) and any other violation not specified in Section 377.99 shall be punishable by up to a one hundred fifty dollar ($150.00) fine.
