941.10 ABATEMENT BY ADMINISTRATOR.

Whenever the Administrator or his/her designee determines that any of the nuisances defined in Section 941.09 exists, he shall cause its abatement and cause the cost of the abatement to be charged and collected in the manner provided herein.
