(a) No vehicle shall be parked in a parking lot owned by the Village except for the period of time designated in a sign clearly visible in said lot.
(b) Council shall designate the parking time limits for each of the various municipal parking lots through resolution. Said resolution shall be filed with the Village Clerk and shall be available on request. (Ord. 2000-109. Passed 6-26-00.)
(c) The penalty for violations of Section 351.21 shall be ten dollars ($10.00). If the offender has had one previous parking violation under Chapters 351 or 353 in the last ninety (90) days the penalty shall be twenty dollars ($20.00). If the offender has had two (2) previous parking violations under Chapters 351 or 353 in the last ninety (90) days the penalty shall be thirty dollars ($30.00). If the offender has had three (3) or more previous parking violations under Chapters 351 or 353 in the last ninety (90) days the penalty shall be forty dollars ($40.00). All fines due hereunder shall be paid within seven (7) days. If not paid within that period of time, the fine shall increase by five dollars ($5.00).

(d) Any vehicle parked in violation of these prohibitions shall be subject to towing and impounded as provided in Section 303.08(a)(10).
