(a) The following areas of the Village shall be designated as two-hour parking zones:
(1) Jackson Street from Mad Anthony to Crawford Street.
(2) Monroe Street from Clinton Street to Court Street.
(3) Clay Street from Adams Street to Perkins Street.
(4) Washington Street from Clinton Street to Adams Street.
(5) North Mad Anthony Street from Jackson Street to Clinton Street.
(b) The above areas shall be designated as two-hour parking zones during the period of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

(c) The penalty for violations of Section 351.20 shall be ten dollars ($10.00). If the offender has had one previous parking violation under Chapters 351 or 353 in the last ninety (90) days the penalty shall be twenty dollars ($20.00). If the offender has had two (2) previous parking violations under Chapters 351 or 353 in the last ninety (90) days the penalty shall be thirty dollars ($30.00). If the offender has had three (3) or more previous parking violations under Chapters 351 or 353 in the last ninety (90) days the penalty shall be forty dollars ($40.00). All fines due hereunder shall be paid within seven (7) days. If not paid within that period of time, the fine shall increase by five dollars ($5.00).
