4-1-1: SHORT TITLE; PURPOSE:
This chapter shall be known as the GENERAL BUSINESS LICENSING ORDINANCE OF MILLARD COUNTY. The principal purpose of this chapter is to regulate various businesses, business activities, and to raise revenues therefrom. (1988 Code § 4.01.010)
