3-1-9: VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 90-08-28, 8-28-1990; amd. 2005 Code)
