12-1-9: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code, for each day of continued violation. (1988 Code § 7.36.170; amd. 2005 Code)
