12-1-8: DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:

This chapter shall not create liability on the part of the county, any officer of employee thereof, or the federal insurance administration for any flood damage that results from reliance on this chapter or any administrative decision lawfully made hereunder. (1988 Code § 7.36.080)
