2-1-6: WRITTEN REPORT:
The board shall prepare and furnish a written report of its findings and recommendations to the department head of the employee involved in the accident to implement corrective action, if indicated. The report shall be delivered to the county commissioners, the employee's department head, the personnel department, to be placed in the employee's personnel file, and be retained in the records of the board. A copy of the report shall be given to the employee. (Ord. 2.05, 1-27-2003)
