11-2-1: PREAPPLICATION CONFERENCE:

Any person wishing to divide, partition, or subdivide land within the county shall secure from the planning and zoning administrator information pertaining to the requirements for subdivisions and waivers and the county's plans of zoning, streets, parks, drainage, and other master plan requirements affecting the subject land.
