8-1-6: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any violation of the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a class B misdemeanor, and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1988 Code § 8.01.180; amd. 2005 Code)
