The publication of this code is for the information and convenience of the citizenry and for the consolidation of all Millard County ordinances. This code is enacted for the purpose of promoting safety, health, and prosperity in the county and improving the morals, peace, good order, comfort and convenience of the county and its inhabitants. By adopting this code, the board of county commissioners aspires to establish an orderly government that will protect the civil and property rights of its citizens.
