7-1-5: PREPARATION AND STORAGE OF PLATS AND DESCRIPTIONS:
It shall be the duty of the board of county commissioners to provide for the preparation and storage of current plats and descriptions of all county roads and of such other highways as the board may from time to time locate upon public lands within the county. The plats and descriptions shall be kept on file in the office of the county recorder. (1988 Code § 9.04.040)
