6-6-7: ISSUANCE:

The application for a license shall be processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt and shall be reviewed and approved by the county commission if all conditions are complied with. The county commission may impose additional conditions to protect health and safety. (Ord. 08-09-16, 9-16-2008)
