5-1-5: ENTRY POWERS FOR INSPECTIONS:
All authorized health officers, when acting within the scope of their employment, have the right to enter public places in order to complete their routine inspections. Such inspections are to ensure compliance with the local health rules 1 . (1988 Code § 7.01.070)
