5-1-3: LOCAL HEALTH EMPLOYEES:

Local health employees are interviewed and selected by the local health officer. They shall have the requisite qualifications and education for their particular fields. Their rate of compensation shall be decided by the board of health. (1988 Code § 7.01.060)
