Each applicant for a sexually oriented business license or a sexually oriented business employee license shall post with the county business license authority a cash or corporate surety bond payable to the county in the amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). In the event that funds are drawn against the cash or surety bond to pay such fines, the bond shall be replenished to two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) within fifteen (15) days of the date of notice of any draw against it.
