303.12 PROHIBITION AGAINST RESISTING OFFICER.

(a) No person shall resist, hinder, obstruct or abuse any police officer, while such officer is attempting to arrest offenders under the provisions of this Traffic Code. No person shall interfere with any person charged under such sections with the enforcement of the law relative to public streets and highways. (ORC 4513.36)

(b) Whoever violates Section 303.12 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
