(a) The program for community reinvestment which shall be hereinafter known and referred to as "City of Milford Program for Community Reinvestment" is hereby adopted. Such Program for Community Reinvestment is incorporated herein in its entirety as if fully rewritten herein.
(b) In accordance with the Ohio Revised Code and pursuant to Resolution 277 passed May 6, 1986, and Ordinance 1059 passed May 20, 1986, Council hereby adopts the following program for community reinvestment.
