   EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 1140 passed November 3, 1987, adopts a safety services disaster preparedness plan for civil disturbances, severe weather, hazardous materials incidents, aircraft disaster, winter storms, major fires, floods, bombs and explosives, and earthquakes.
   Ordinance 89-1164, passed September 19, 1989 authorizes execution of the County-wide agreement with the Hamilton County Office of Emergency Management and Civil Defense.
