Council, pursuant to and in accordance with Section 8.01 of the Milford City Charter, hereby establishes the rules and procedures to govern the Board of Zoning Appeals as are set forth on the attachment to Ordinance 2000-43, which is fully incorporated herein pursuant to and in accordance with Section 12.03 of the Milford City Charter.
