Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to endorse the Resolution Authorizing Adoption of an Alternative Method of Apportionment of the Undivided Local Government Revenue Assistance Fund for the period from 1992 through 1996 as tendered to the City of Milford by the office of the Clermont County Prosecuting Attorney and which agreement is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein pursuant to and in accordance with Section 12.03 of the City Charter.
