133.03 FIXED ASSET POLICIES AND PROCEDURES MANUAL.

Council hereby authorizes the adoption of the Fixed Asset Policies and Procedures Manual which is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully rewritten herein pursuant to and in accordance with Section 12.03 of the City Charter.
