(a) Ohio Administrative Code 4101:08, Residential Code of Ohio as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, shall apply and be enforced within the City of Milford, Ohio.

(b) Council amends Chapter 1301 by adding Appendix G Swimming Pools, Spas, and Hot Tubs. The text of the amendment is attached to Ordinance 15-1175 and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten herein pursuant to and in accordance with Section 12.03 of the Charter of the City of Milford.
