(a) The City of Milford, may, in accordance with Section 12.08 of the City Charter, in lieu of publication in a newspaper, publish all ordinances by posting the complete text of the ordinance in each of four public places in the City, such places to be designated by Council, for a period of at least seven days.
(b) In addition, all ordinances shall be posted on one prominent protected bulletin board in the City for a period of at least seven days.
