Council hereby adopts a Credits Program for the City of Milford Storm Water Utility. The Application Procedure, Credits Requirements, Annual Reporting Requirements, and Credit Application forms shall be those set forth on the attachment to Ordinance 04-391 which attachment is incorporated herein pursuant to and in accordance with Section 12.03 of the Milford City Charter.
