927.11 EXCEPTION.

The City shall have the right to enter into any contract for the installation of a sanitary sewer main and the provision of said contract shall prevail over the terms and conditions as set forth under this chapter. The chapter shall not effect any contract executed prior to the passage of this chapter for installation of a sanitary sewer main.
