927.07 SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM PERMIT FEE.

A nonrefundable permit fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be paid at the time of the filing of an application for permit to tap sewer. Permit fees shall be credited to the Sewer Revenue Fund.

All other fees shall be paid prior to issuance of a permit by the City.
