927.06 EXPENSES OF LINE EXTENSIONS.

Line extensions shall be paid entirely by those benefitting from the sewer service. Present consumers shall not be burdened with the cost of new line extensions. Sewer lines shall be constructed pursuant to City specifications and inspected by City inspectors. Cost of the inspection shall be borne by those requesting extension of services.
