923.06 EXPENSES OF LINE EXTENSIONS.

Water lines shall be constructed and installed pursuant to and in accordance with City specifications and shall be inspected by City inspectors. All the expenses related to extension of water lines, including inspection costs, shall be borne by the property owner requesting extension of services.
