(a) In addition to the above, each building owner/developer shall make all service connections, tapping of the water main and extension of the service to the nearest property line in accordance with the standards of the City of Milford (refer to Standard Drawing).
(b) All water meters are to be obtained at cost (charge to be credited to Water Revenue Fund) from the City and installed by the owner/developer in accordance with the standards of the City of Milford. All water meters remain the property of the City of Milford. All water service connections shall be made by a licensed contractor at owner/developer’s expense and inspected by the City.
