(a) Rates or charges for the use and service of the municipal water system shall be based upon the amount of water supplied by the municipal waterworks system as shown by the water meter readings and all such users of such water system shall be charged every two months based on the water meter readings for each two month period according to the following rates:
(1) Water Base Fee.

The foregoing water base fees shall be effective on the June 2018 utility bills.
(2) Water Usage Rate Within Corporate Limits

(3) Water Usage Rate Outside Corporations Limits

The water rates in (2) and (3) shall be effective on the April utility bills of each year indicated.
(b) 83.45% of the collections pursuant to this Ordinance shall be credited to the Water Revenue Fund and 16.55% shall be credited to the Water Improvement Fund.
