913.06 REQUIREMENTS FOR CURB CUTS.

(b) In the business and industrial zones of the City, all curb cuts for a driveway apron shall be in accordance with the Standard Construction drawings attached to original Ordinance 739, passed May 6, 1980, and incorporated in accordance with and pursuant to Section 12.03 of the City Charter.
