(a) Council hereby adopts the Specifications for Standard Drawings for storm sewer construction as set forth on Drawing No. MST-1 and for roadway construction as set forth on Drawing No. MST-1 which drawings shall be incorporated herein and made a part of original Ordinance 90-1301 in accordance with and pursuant to City Charter Section 12.03.

(b) Subsection (a) hereof is amended so as to add an additional drawing to be designated as Drawing No. MST-2, a thirty foot wide right of way road construction detail and providing for a twenty foot wide roadway.

(c) Council hereby amends the specifications for the detail of trenching and restoration of roadways and driveways and the typical roadway sections as shown on the Standard Drawings for Roadway and Storm Sewer Construction (No. MST-1 revised 6/16/98), for sanitary sewer construction (No. MSS-1 revised 6/16/98), and for water main construction (No. MW-1 revised 6/16/98), which drawings shall be incorporated herein and made a part hereof in accordance with and pursuant to Section 12.03
