Council hereby adopts the Specifications for Standard Vertical Curbs and Gutters and Vertical Curbs as set forth on Drawing No. MS-1 dated November 21, 1989. Such Drawing No. MS-1 is hereby incorporated herein and made a part of original Ordinance 89-1278 in accordance with and pursuant to City Charter Section 12.03.
