The making of any false statement in the application required in this chapter shall be sufficient ground for the revocation of any license authorized in this chapter and shall further subject the person or persons making such false statements to the penalties set forth herein. Any applicant for any license pursuant to Chapter 710
shall provide any and all personal data as required by Chapter 710
to the City Manager upon his request, or provide such signed releases as required by the City Manager. Failure to comply with such request of the City Manager shall be grounds for the denial of the license sought by the applicant.
