§ 110.03 AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS EXEMPTION.
   Any person, firm, or corporation selling agricultural products actually raised or produced in this state and operates from a single location shall be exempt from the permitting requirement of § 110.02, except that this exemption shall not apply to any person, firm, or corporation selling agricultural products door to door, house to house, or street to street.
