§ 110.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, unless exempted by state or federal law, to engage in that activities or business of a peddler, solicitor, transient merchant, or itinerant merchant, as defined in § 110.01, within the corporate limits of the city without first obtaining a permit therefor as provide in this chapter.
