§ 91.007 NO LIVESTOCK ALLOWED WITHIN PUBLIC WATERWAYS.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner to permit any cow, horse, sheep, hog, or other livestock to enter the Whetstone River or any other stream, river, or waterway within the city.
