§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Penalties for noncompliance with orders and notices shall be as set forth in §§ 150.080 to 150.084.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 91.105 and 91.106 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and the penalty for such violation shall be the same as those provided for in § 10.99.
